Building Code Review
  • How big can I build? We provide maximization studies to determine the largest building envelope for a given zoning lot, use, and/or construction class

  • Is my design on target? We provide Building Code and Zoning review of preliminary plans for early detection of future Department of Buildings Objections

  • Have I chosen the right building for my conversion? We prepare building selection checklists to help clients choose the right building for their conversion or enlargement

  • A building investigation of Asbestos Survey Record for the specification of ACBM

  • Perform visual examination for suspect materials

  • Bulk Samples carefully collected and send suspect materials to lab testing for presence of asbestos

  • Assessing condition and location of ACBM and other characteristics of the building
